This calculated maneuver, valued at roughly $296 million, grants Betsson control of a licensed Netherlands operator, encompassing well-known platforms such as Goldrun Casino.
The agreement also encompasses a game development studio, enhancing Betsson’s capacity to deliver customized content to Dutch users. Although the acquisition is slated for finalization in early 2024, it is contingent upon the green light from the Dutch gaming regulator, guaranteeing compliance with all existing rules.

Prior to launching this upgrade, Betsson has been active, securing agreements in all directions. One of their most significant strategic maneuvers? A favorable three-year sponsorship arrangement with Atlético Nacional, a prominent soccer club in Colombia. Their involvement transcends South America; it’s a worldwide collaboration.
