Sportradar Expands US Footprint with New Licenses and Integrity Agreements

Sportradar has been granted authorization to provide online gaming services in Connecticut and has renewed its sports wagering supplier license in West Virginia. The firm has also inked new integrity agreements with two European basketball organizations.

Sportradar has secured sports betting licenses in Connecticut and West Virginia. Connecticut launched its legal retail and online gambling in October 2021, while West Virginia was among the first states to legalize sports betting after the repeal of PASPA, opening its market in August 2018.

These licenses will enable Sportradar to furnish sports data and associated services in both states.

“As sports betting legalization accelerates across the United States, robust and transparent data will aid in managing the expanding industry growth in a sustainable and ethical manner,” stated Arne Rees, CEO of Sportradar US.
