The Prague Gaming Group is nearing the completion of its takeover of Spin Games, a provider of B2B gaming content, after obtaining its Pennsylvania permit.
The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) authorization is the final regulatory sign-off for Bragg to move forward with the $30 million (£24 million/€28.4 million) acquisition, which was agreed upon last May.
Bragg stated that the deal is anticipated to be finalized by the end of the month following the approval. The initial approval was granted last December, and the license approval was received this week.
Spin Games, headquartered in Nevada, currently holds licenses in numerous US states, including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Connecticut.
“With this license approval in our possession, we anticipate finalizing the acquisition of Spin Games in the upcoming weeks,” remarked Yaniv Spielberg, Bragg’s Chief Strategy Officer.
“Since announcing the acquisition, we have been collaborating closely with the Spin Games team to integrate our remote gaming server with its technological platform, enabling us to swiftly commence operations in multiple US markets upon the completion of the acquisition later this month.”
We anticipate that the collaboration between Spin Games and our RGS platform will merge Spin Games’ US market content and operator connections with the benefits of our cutting-edge player engagement, data tools, and platform technology. This will produce a distinctive and extensively accessible iGaming offering.
